How long will it take for my request to be reviewed?

Allow 2 business days for review.

How will I know my request has been received?

After submission, a message will appear on the screen to let you know your request was submitted successfully. Shortly thereafter, you will receive an acknowledgement email from ORA-RESADMIN_O365Services about your completed form.

Is there a limit to the number of attachments?

Yes, up to 10 attachments can be linked to a request.

Where can I see the status of my request?

Your confirmation email has a link titled, "Request Details." Clicking the link will launch a webform view of your original submission and its status.

Is there a list of forms?

Yes, on the landing page of SOAR, on the left side of the window, you will find a Glossary of Term. Here you will see a list and brief description of each form, by category.

How to cancel an incomplete form?

The "Cancel" button can be found in the upper right corner of each form. When pressed, the form will reset and return the user to the landing page of SOAR.

How to close SOAR?

Simply click on the "X" within the browser window.
