Facilities and Administrative Updates

  • The Cost Studies team submitted a new F&A rate proposal to our cognizant agency, DHHS, in the summer of 2024. 
  • Due to a backlog of submissions in the federal office and reduction in federal staffing, rate approvals are much slower than normal.
  • Cost Studies will update the F&A rates on the website as soon as new rates are negotiated and approved.
  • Until new rates are approved, Emory will be using “provisional” rates which remain the same as our last agreement.
